We recently had two air conditioning units installed in our home James and his team were brilliant from start to finish; professional, helpful, considerate and tidy!
One of the installs was far from straightforward but the team took this in their stride, offered a workable solution and managed to fit the air con in our daughter's room. She has a long term illness, and having the room cool during the summer has significantly improved her quality of life. We are very grateful to the team for helping us make her more comfortable.

We would highly recommend Ace Comfort Cooling if you are considering air con installation. Thank you James and the team, for an exceptional service!

The team at ACE Comfort Cooling recently installed an air conditioning system into our residential property and did a fantastic job.

We were concerned about making sure our young family would be able to stay cool in the heat this coming summer and so looked to get hold of a few quotes for installation of air conditioning in two of our bedrooms. The team were very quick to answer my initial website query, with one of the team able to visit the site to discuss options the next day. We were offered several different system designs, with consideration given to how the units could be sized and installed to cool not just the rooms of concern, but also benefit the rest of house without additional complexity. Their pricing was competitive against the other quotes we received, and their professionalism and responsiveness was clearly better than their rivals.

ACE comfort cooling were in direct contact via phone, email and text message as we needed throughout the process and were able to come and install the system the week following quotation.

The team were considerate and friendly, and did a tidy job of the install, as well as tidying up after themselves as they went along.

I would highly recommend their services.

James and his team installed A/C equipment on the first floor of my house in November 2023. The system is hidden with some bespoke insulated exposed ductwork. Works perfectly, the installation was on time, tidy and first class. No hesitation giving a 5 star review. Recommend.

We experienced the failure of an air conditioning unit which is critical to our operation. Ace Comfort Cooling were there within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly - working after dark in a hard to access area to do so. Excellent response and service.

We were a returning customer thanks to the previous install and amazing aftercare along with a service that worked around us. Another thing to note is all the work that has been done so far has been to the cost of the quote so that there were not hidden surprises once the team were on site. Everything is meticulous checked with amazing attention to detail prior to the install.

James and his team and fantastic from start to finish. Even from the first phone call I knew we were dealing with a professional outfit and they took the time to fully understand our needs. All the team were always pleasant on site and ensure that they left everything tidy each day or even after their rapid 1 day install for our outbuilding. We also did not have to wait long to get the install started.

This time round we decided to upgrade the heating within the house and the units have far exceeded our expectations. The Wi-Fi function along with timers is a really great solution and allows us to use the units when energy is cheap or plan to use this when the our solar is running with excess.

So far the systems also appear to be out performing our Air to Water Heat Pump solution by the means of heating the rooms much much quicker and they also can recover better if the cold rushes in when any of the doors are opened being in a busy family household.

I did also delay this review a little but for a good reason as so far the running costs are also much lower than we anticipated. We are finding that we can also leave this on to keep the house comfortable over the weekends and our battery storage is still going by midday in the winter whereas other methods we were normally out of battery by 10am!

We hope this continues as the unit that they originally fitted in the outbuilding we have it appears to have only costs us around £60 for the year with worst case energy pricing at 30p per kWh. Remember these units can heat and cool and I think I would spend that every few weeks with the oil filled radiator and I never felt warm whereas with the unit they installed I am always comfortable.

I would never hesitate into recommending this outstanding team and company. Their dedication to customer success and happiness is second to none and is not often seen across many industries.

James and his crew installed two Fujitsu mini-spilt heat pump units for my music studio. They were responsive, punctual and did a very neat job both inside and out. Now I have heating for the winter and cooling for the summer, all with the same super-efficient units - I couldn't be happier!

I am very happy with the quality of service this company has provided. After having received multiple quotes from different companies, I chose Ace Comfort Cooling Ltd. It turned out I didn't need to have an indoor unit installed in every room, unlike the other companies have advised. Having just a few units installed in the right places provided great cooling during the 30C degree heat we had earlier in September.

We were seeking a top quality flush mount air conditioning system for our bedroom at home .

James at ACE were recommended to us and did not disappoint …

We had excellent engagement from the first contact with James visiting us to discuss our exact requirements and options and accurately assessing the options and viability .

A fixed cost was provided and exact installation date based on exact requirements with emphasis on quality , flush fit and quietness of operation .

The installation was truly excellent , and as you can see from the pictures the system was installed without the need for re decoration and beautifully installed ( external fan unit )

The attention to detail and cleanliness from James and Jonny was excellent and the whole job finished in two days .

We would totally recommend ACE to any one wishing to install AC
