I was genuinely pleased with the professionalism shown by James and Jonny when they installed my new Mitsubishi Air-Con Unit last week. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, this installation has had to be pushed back on several occasions, on my insistence, because of Covid safety precautions. Despite delaying James, he has been a gentleman and extremely patient with me on each occasion and for that I'm very grateful. James and Jonny were punctual and arrived at 9.00am sharp. It took them no more than 2 hours to install and commission my new Air-Con unit. I'm very happy with the care they took when installing the unit and the cleanliness in which they left my property afterwards. I will not hesitate to contact Ace Comfort Cooling Limited again in the future. Thanks again boys for a cracking job.

I am very happy with the quality of service this company has provided. After having received multiple quotes from different companies, I chose Ace Comfort Cooling Ltd. It turned out I didn't need to have an indoor unit installed in every room, unlike the other companies have advised. Having just a few units installed in the right places provided great cooling during the 30C degree heat we had earlier in September.

We were a returning customer thanks to the previous install and amazing aftercare along with a service that worked around us. Another thing to note is all the work that has been done so far has been to the cost of the quote so that there were not hidden surprises once the team were on site. Everything is meticulous checked with amazing attention to detail prior to the install. James and his team and fantastic from start to finish. Even from the first phone call I knew we were dealing with a professional outfit and they took the time to fully understand our needs. All the team were always pleasant on site and ensure that they left everything tidy each day or even after their rapid 1 day install for our outbuilding. We also did not have to wait long to get the install started. This time round we decided to upgrade the heating within the house and the units have far exceeded our expectations. The Wi-Fi function along with timers is a really great solution and allows us to use the units when energy is cheap or plan to use this when the our solar is running with excess. So far the systems also appear to be out performing our Air to Water Heat Pump solution by the means of heating the rooms much much quicker and they also can recover better if the cold rushes in when any of the doors are opened being in a busy family household. I did also delay this review a little but for a good reason as so far the running costs are also much lower than we anticipated. We are finding that we can also leave this on to keep the house comfortable over the weekends and our battery storage is still going by midday in the winter whereas other methods we were normally out of battery by 10am! We hope this continues as the unit that they originally fitted in the outbuilding we have it appears to have only costs us around £60 for the year with worst case energy pricing at 30p per kWh. Remember these units can heat and cool and I think I would spend that every few weeks with the oil filled radiator and I never felt warm whereas with the unit they installed I am always comfortable. I would never hesitate into recommending this outstanding team and company. Their dedication to customer success and happiness is second to none and is not often seen across many industries.

We recently had two air conditioning units installed in our home James and his team were brilliant from start to finish; professional, helpful, considerate and tidy! One of the installs was far from straightforward but the team took this in their stride, offered a workable solution and managed to fit the air con in our daughter's room. She has a long term illness, and having the room cool during the summer has significantly improved her quality of life. We are very grateful to the team for helping us make her more comfortable. James was very helpful and advised me on the phone as to what my requirements would be for the Ac unit. Then we met at my house with social distance measures taken in hand and spoke about some options. Once we agreed he cane the same week with his Co pilot Jonney and they managed to install the unit and move another unit with no mess, no stress and Clean Workmanship leaving their place as tidy as thy found it. Super communication and Excellent unmatched Service with a smile. Also now I have them come out to check gas, service and clean the vents twice a year so the unit stays well maintained too. These boys are good and professional also I found their prices competitive and reasonable. Also the install was amazing as they put trunking on the outside (never seen this before) so you see no pipes and wires on the outside keeping it neat and today but also well protected against the elements. Ace Comfort Cooling recently supplied and installed our new cellar cooling equipment. We found them to be most professional at every stage; from initial contact, liaising with James with regards to selecting the correct system, to the prompt and efficient installation itself. I have been looking into air conditioning for a long while now and have always decided against it due to a lack of understanding. That is until I met the guys from Ace. They have walked me through every step from understanding the system all the way through purchasing and installation which I have to say was seamless from start to finish. After searching for a company to complete a health-check and re-gas of my home office AC unit, and many failed attempts from other companies - I found ACE comfort Cooling and gave them a call. right away, James confirmed someone could be sent out the SAME DAY, and sure enough just over an hour later Jonnie was on site ready to work. This was after waiting months for other local companies to turn up with failed bookings and no-shows. The work from ACE Comfort Cooling was thorough and highly professional. All work carried out, and a fully functioning AC system back to full health after their visit. In summary, an excellent company with extremely fast response times, lightning fast on site booking and a flawless execution of work.
