We recently had two air conditioning units installed in our home James and his team were brilliant from start to finish; professional, helpful, considerate and tidy! One of the installs was far from straightforward but the team took this in their stride, offered a workable solution and managed to fit the air con in our daughter's room. She has a long term illness, and having the room cool during the summer has significantly improved her quality of life. We are very grateful to the team for helping us make her more comfortable. From my initial enquiry, to receiving the quote and then the installation of AC I cannot fault the service. Professional, responsive, hard workers, efficient, good knowledge and advice given. Installation very neat. Next heatwave I will definitely be able to sleep!

Brilliant from start to finish.

James was very helpful and advised me on the phone as to what my requirements would be for the Ac unit. Then we met at my house with social distance measures taken in hand and spoke about some options. Once we agreed he cane the same week with his Co pilot Jonney and they managed to install the unit and move another unit with no mess, no stress and Clean Workmanship leaving their place as tidy as thy found it. Super communication and Excellent unmatched Service with a smile. Also now I have them come out to check gas, service and clean the vents twice a year so the unit stays well maintained too. These boys are good and professional also I found their prices competitive and reasonable. Also the install was amazing as they put trunking on the outside (never seen this before) so you see no pipes and wires on the outside keeping it neat and today but also well protected against the elements. We experienced the failure of an air conditioning unit which is critical to our operation. Ace Comfort Cooling were there within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly - working after dark in a hard to access area to do so. Excellent response and service.

Really happy with the service provided by Ace recently for the replacement of cellar cooling equipment in Tetbury. James responded very promptly to the initial enquiry and was able to attend site at an early stage to assess our needs. This was followed up with a rapid installation of the new unit and removal of all the old kit, with the site left left very tidy. Would happily recommend.

Apart from being slightly late for their initial appontment I can think of no reason to give this company anything but a 10 out of 10 rating for my domestic installation. They always did what they said they’d do on the date they said. Always in touch. No chasing required. Excellent. Really nice guys too

James did an excellent job, very quick and efficient, fitted an air conditioning unit into my office, works a dream, good demonstration on how to use it, left the office clean and tidy, everything was exactly how he said it would be, very happy customer, would highly recommend.

The team at ACE Comfort Cooling recently installed an air conditioning system into our residential property and did a fantastic job. We were concerned about making sure our young family would be able to stay cool in the heat this coming summer and so looked to get hold of a few quotes for installation of air conditioning in two of our bedrooms. The team were very quick to answer my initial website query, with one of the team able to visit the site to discuss options the next day. We were offered several different system designs, with consideration given to how the units could be sized and installed to cool not just the rooms of concern, but also benefit the rest of house without additional complexity. Their pricing was competitive against the other quotes we received, and their professionalism and responsiveness was clearly better than their rivals. ACE comfort cooling were in direct contact via phone, email and text message as we needed throughout the process and were able to come and install the system the week following quotation. The team were considerate and friendly, and did a tidy job of the install, as well as tidying up after themselves as they went along. I would highly recommend their services.

From the initial quote through to the installation this is a first-class company to deal with. I really like the way when the install is being discussed they give there 2 cents on the proposed installation from there experience but ultimately leave it up to the client/potential client for the final decision on meeting requirements, this type of collaboration will always have the best results. An air conditioner was fitted to our conservatory yesterday. The two guys arrived on time and carried out the installation very efficiently with little mess. A good price and all round service. Enjoying the benefits already.
